Welcome to Shearer University. By accessing and participating in our training programs, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Training Classes
1.1 Registration
- Participants must register for training classes through our website. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and space in each class is limited.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
1.2 Billing and Payment
- Training classes will be billed 4 business days prior to the scheduled class date. Payment must be completed before participation in any class.
- Once billed, cancellations are not permitted. Please ensure your availability before registering for any training class.
1.3 Class Attendance
- Participants are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions. Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of any fees paid.
- In the event of a class cancellation by Shearer University due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund or rescheduling options will be provided.
1.4 Certification
- Certification for specific training programs will be provided upon successful completion of the course and any required examinations.
- Certificates will be issued electronically within 7 business days of course completion.
2. Code of Conduct
- All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally during training classes. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the class without refund.
- Shearer University reserves the right to refuse service to anyone found to be in violation of these terms.
3. Intellectual Property
- All materials provided during training classes, including presentations, documents, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Shearer University. These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
- Shearer University is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our training services.
5. Privacy
- Shearer University respects your privacy. Any personal information provided during registration will be used solely for the purposes of managing your participation in training classes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
6. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- Shearer University reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the training website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
